3D USES

The Alliance Gator Base underlays are 2-foot by 3-foot interlocking sheets intended to reduce the excavation, leveling and compaction labor and material costs prior to placing flat pavers.  If pavers are stacked vertically, the top paver will easily slide around. However, when an underlay sheet is placed below the top paver, it gets locked in place and is MUCH more difficult to slide around.  It is almost like the layers of pavers are cemented together.  If an underlay sheet is placed between each layer in the stack, the entire stack is MUCH MUCH more stable.  Low retaining walls and steps are therefore possible.
