$100/hour on your site, planning, cutting pavers or supervising you or your contractor.

Obtain pallets from local supplier.

Some suppliers sell by layer (6 pavers).

Small quantities from my display area: 

$15 each if you pick up. $18 each delivered.  Add 6% tax.

Obtain pallets or bundles from local supplier.

10 2'x3' per bundle. 10 bundles/pallet.

$25 each if you pick up. $26 each delivered.
